Does not work - stay away

I am so sorry I did not check these reviews before going ahead with this purchase. Bought a 3 month subscription and the details sent did not work. Tried multiple players, methods, etc, none worked. I have used other services before, no problem. This one simply does not work. On trying to get through to support they ignored me for a few days. Eventually got onto live chat on their website where the chat quick went south. "Norman" started playing the race card and said he was "....tired of these Afrikaaners..." absolutely shocked me - in this day and age. I demanded a refund, I was told there are no refunds for a 'working product'. Then suddenly became interested in trying to troubleshoot the issue. No thanks. Stay away.
