Bunch of ****mers.
I signed up for a year after a successful trial period. After 2 months the service abruptly stopped working. No refunds. This company is a ****. Avoid!

15 Jun 2023, 08:30You communicated and we responded, we assured you we had a server downtime and took responsibility by letting you know your lost time is replaced, how do you lable us as a ****? we have not once not acknowledged your chats. We accept your lable as a **** but as human beings we need not act like we all don't face challenges, we are taking responsibility but you choose to lable us a ****. Anyway I again apologize for the inconvenience caused but damaging our image after we acknowledged and promised to resolve it is not right.

15 Jun 2023, 08:42Your service has been down for over a month (without any communication to your customers about it, or how you plan to resolve it), yet you continue to sign up new customers. Promising to resolve something without actually resolving it, is actually pretty useless - this is your business, for which you're charging people money. Saying you're sorry doesn't cut it.
