Very Poor - would not recommend

Extremely poor customer service. If you try to resolve an issue regarding the GOS tracker that is not working for the umpteenth time you get shouted at and told that you have to calm down. Hands down poorest customer service and worst I have been treated as a customer. The GPS also does not seem to work a majority of the time. Would not recommend this to anyone - I believe there are better products out there and companies who will treat you with respect and decency.
