Terrible customer service

I strongly advise against purchasing this device. It falls short of its advertised effectiveness, but the most disappointing aspect is the abysmal after-sales customer service. The staff were unhelpful and rude. For pet owners genuinely concerned about their pet's well-being, I recommend researching alternative companies. This product was a complete waste of time and money.
