Streetwear42 - Bad service

After seeing them on Facebook I placed an online order on 20 Oct 2021 with Streetwear42. After doing the payment of R1999.99 i received a confirmation email but never heard from them since. I have send numerous emails trying to find out about my order but did not get any replies to date (***)
