STREETWEAR SHIBUYA ****

Ordered sneakers from a store called STREETWEAR SHIBUYA worth almost R3000 in November 2017. This was My first purchase with this company and they came up with a lot of excuses about why the sneakers hadn't been delivered such as they "had to change their delivery company". They demonstrated the poorest professionalism, and gave me empty promise after empty promise. They **** about sending emails to PAYFAST for a refund, Leading me to believe that these people, at STREETWEAR SHIBUYA are **********. Then I responded to their chain email asking everyone that had been cc'd if they received their purchases or whether the STREETWEAR SHIBUYA store was another online ****. Someone named Jeffery from there responded saying that they will return my money personally and to this day (over 4months later) they still haven't given me my money, or my shoes. Nor do they take calls or respond to emails and messages anymore. Effectively, STREETWEAR SHIBUYA stole my money and have ****med me as a consumer. I will be reporting this store to as many platforms as I know exist so that no other person has to go through this. It's not right that these ******** at STREETWEAR SHIBUYA get away with this. We are so exhausted from working hard for our money only for it to be taken by ********.
