Getting ****med for over 1000 Rand

I had chosen to order certain apparel from inside South Africa in order to make the shipping process much easier but I made a massive mistake. I was promised that my order would be delivered within 7 days and I waited 3 weeks before emailing them to ask where my order is. They promised to refund me so I sent them an email with all my details in order to refund me more than 1000 rand. I waited around a week with no response and I still have not been refunded to this day which is 3 months later.
