Got ****med by this online streetwear shop, ordered a Ferrari F1 jacket priced (R1241.35) from them on the 9/9/24, they took my money, didn’t send any confirmation of order or order number, no sort of communication at all. I called, emailed, WhatsApp messaged and instagram dm them on the information provided on the website, he answered a call and he said that he would send me more information by wed/thur I trusted him, wed/thur comes no information is provided, so I call him on the same number he does not reply, so I find a different number to call from he answers and then tells me that the jacket is out of stock I check on the website it is not, he says that he will provide me with the information I requested for soon, he got back to me on the Friday with an email saying that the parcel is at the warehouse and ready for dispatch, it is now the 22/09/24, it was a birthday gift for someone and I have still not received the jacket or any communication, tried calling on both numbers, it just rings and no one answers and then the phone is switched off, the address that is provided on the website is of a random house in Centurion and according to the guy they work from Mpumalanga. I would suggest never to order from this place, they look very legit the website is even legit but they are ****mers, ended up paying an arm and a leg for something I did not receive.
