It seems to be that is just some agency's that has such a chip on their shoulders and think they are better then other agency. I simply had enough of this behaviour, and think its so rude, when you introduce yourself and the first think the CEO of the company is saying we are not interested to be working with any other agents. i mean, i totally understand that you have your own believes, but i was actually trying to find out if they might have an available property's in a new development, i was told that they are fully out in the block, fair enough, but instead of saying, no sorry, i have nothing at the moment, but let me see if i have any contacts to assist you. Its so sad to know that this agency just simply are to good to help. The main thing is just before i had to ask her anything i was shot down by saying sorry we dont work with other agents.
