1400 bonnet

Having a very bad experience with them thus far,was good in the beginning when product was being sold to me. After paying deposit the struggle started,was suppose to be 4-5 work days its been almost 3 weeks now and the only reel answers I get is there still busy with it. I have to call them each time to find out wat is going on,they never from there side kept me in the loop. The last time I called them to find out what was going on(by this time I am very irritated with them) he said they were still busy and put the phone down while I was on the line
