Bad communication.

The lady t the desk said it would take 1hr 45min. When I arrived there after 1hr 45min my car was only taken into the wash bay. Their excuse when I asked was that is a 3-4 hr waiting which I would have liked to know when I handed my keys in. My car was then washed very quickly and not thoroughly as I expected. I got the feeling it was under new management. I’ll think twice before I go back.
