Return items

Rude cashiers and stuff. Bought a back pack yesterday and today when back to return the back because the person that i bought for she didn't like it. Only to be told that they don't do return items that are on sale, but by the time i was buying the bag no one told me about the do's and don'ts. They also showed me the paper on the desk that is written the T's and C's of the things that are on sale. Bad service I even left the bag with them and the slip because of how they treat their service. They don't know how to talk to customers.
