Very dissatisfied

It was my first time ordering from street gym and my last. Ordered on the 20th of Dec, courier company canceled on the 28th due to store not having the item ready for collection every time they go to collect. I called store and they don't have the item which was bought, however they had stock online. If I had not called I guess no one would have bothered themselves because I had to call twice. Customer service is a NO. I didn't know about street gym and I'm happy to continue not knowing about them. I'm okay... Now about my refund. I called on the 29th and was advised I'll get an email regarding my refund - nothing. I called on the 30th,same promise. Today is the 31st and still no refund email, no communication. I have to call again on the 2nd to follow up. I honestly don't recommend them at all!
