Bought shoe online on the 01/06/24 went for collection on the same day as was not told weather the Marchand has arrive or not we called head office as advised I will be called was not suppose to came told the lady for the fourth time have been collecting without being called or send an email all they care about is receiving our cash only was promised Monday will get my Marchand, could not go on Monday send my Lil sis as she was of today Wednesday am still told the Marchand is not there should collect it at Westgate but when I order I state collection will be Southgate mall am using my money for petrol do they care what we use or all care that we pay
