Asked a refund of my funds still no joy have been waiting since last Wednesday, really regret making business with them.

12 Jun 2024, 16:33Good still awaiting my reversal as problem is am getting sms from ram delivery service that I owe them R16.39 to my surprise I purchased online and my order was collection in store how do I now owe ram now so need my refund as per our last conversation with Karabo from Street gym head office that will get my refund in 3 to 7 days so why am I not getting massage of my refund as don't owe ram a cent. Kindly refund my fund before Friday as that's mine, as per your companys promise.
