Refusing Refund

Never ever buy anything from this store. They have the most outrageous return policy. They are always looking to extract money from am individual. The minute you ask for a refund, they'll look for petty reasons and excuses just not to pay you back..with the rudest online assistant called Gugu Shishonga. I pray they fall with their counterfeit sneakers. I opted to Consumers Protection since they are refusing with my money.
