pathetic service

I ordered 6 items online ,because of their bad communication and bad service i had to separate my order and opt for collection on some items, only to get worst service. The 2 items were supposed to be delivered at Westgate, after full 2 weeks no communication whatsoever regarding that order and when I call I'm being sent from pillar to post, spoke to an online store agent by the name of Karabo who promised to call back/send email, did she even call or send email......my very last time ordering with them;(
