My recent encounter with Street Gym's online system left me utterly disappointed and frustrated, painting a grim picture of their customer service and technical functionality. The entire experience was marred by a series of mishaps that underscored a lack of user-friendliness and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

Logging in without having the chance to set up an account felt counterintuitive, and it set the tone for the challenges that followed. Attempting to pay for my order only added fuel to the fire, as a different amount was deducted from my account than the one displayed on the site.

Shockingly, the nightmare continued when I received no order confirmation despite the deduction from my account.
