Excellent Service

I recently wanted to order a converse from their online store. When I checked for my size it said it was sold out. I decided to call the number on their website to check when they would get more stock. The gentleman who helped me went out of his way. I so appreciate it as it's very hard to come by good service in South Africa. They had my size but there was a problem with the website. He rebooted it TWICE and called back to check if everything was fine. He also dispatched my shoe on the same day even though it was already 3/4 pm so I could get it faster...absolutely brilliant service. Please use their online store for all your shoe purchases during this time of covid where it makes it hard to go out and shop.
