Worst service and Delivery service

My Husband bought a takkie two weeks ago(Saturday) at the N1 City street Fever branch, they never had his size they checked and said that town has it and they will courier the takkie to the N1 branch and they will call when it arrives, we were told it would be there the Tuesday 21.07.2015, when i called they said its not there but will be there tomorrow(Wed). Wednesday came and went, i called them Thursday and was told it would be there Friday, i let it be. Friday came and before the end of the day i called and asked where the takkie was and the lady i spoke to made it sound like its not her problem and i told her she better make sure the takkie is there the weekend. Going into the second week nothing i was told the driver will drop definitely drop it yesterday(Tues) I called them and it still hasn't arrived now there is a story they do not have a driver, and WE have to collect the shoe in town now as they will ONLY have a driver NEXT WEEK. Pathetic service and *********** staff not good for business.
