Very disappointed

Very disappointed at N1 branch .I tried a shoe on. Knowing that i would take it and the guy says oh no this shoe is sold already and walks away with the shoes. And tells me no its sold. In the first place why the hell is it still on the shelf !!! That was the last size too! Very disappointed in ****py service
