Street Fever Is A **** Don't Shop Ever

we have ordered online a few products and when i called last week i was was told that it didn't ship out yet and when i called today i was told the same i have asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds when i asked to speak to the manager he wasn't in how can there be no manager to assist ? this store acts like a start up with no respect to customers i don't approve of anyone shopping here and i am sure that this post wont get any reply from any street fever personnel
