Street Fever is a ****

So I order online some items and the online confirmation after paying said the order would take two working days. Only to find out that it would take 5 to 10 working days and when I called to cancel the order I spoke to Nikhath Hattas their customer care consultant who was not only rude but refused to tell me how can I cancel the order. Wow I've ever spoke to such a rude person in my life so basically I was forced to carry on with an order that I placed under false advertising.
