SNEAKERS FADED AFTER ONE WASH!!!
i am so disgusted by the horrible service i got from your Bellville branch. I bought a brand new SUPEGA rose gold platform last week Friday for R550.00 . I washed it on Thursday and after an hour and a half in the sun the color faded. i then took it back to the store and your staff was rude and refused to take it in. you guys are selling **** goods , because how can 1 wash cause colours to fade. to say i am disgusted in an understatement, R550 might not be much to you guys, but i worked very hard to save that money and i have rights as a consumer. I will tell everyone not to buy shoes from you guys as you sell ****S!!!!

The product was sold to you in a good condition
When cleaning the item products that were used could've been to harsh and also the sunlight could've made the color fade
We are a licensed retailer & are allowed to only sell AUTHENTIC products
We can only return products that are defective

It is a shame that this is the level of customer that one would receive from a such a "reputable" company. i am probably just a drop in the ocean, but i will be sure to spread information on this horrible experience i received from you !!!!
