ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Never has buying shoes or in my case receiving a gift of shoes been this difficult. My friends bought me a pair of shoes in the wrong size. I went to exchange and they said it has to get transported from outside of Cape Town and this would take 3 weeks. This was on the 28th of July. I agree and write my name, contact number, details of exchange and they say they will call me when it arrives. 3 weeks go I think okay lets wait a bit maybe there's a delay. 6 weeks pass (8 September) I call they say next Thursday (19 September). I keep calling same thing. IT IS NOW 07 NOVEMBER AND I HAVE NO SHOES. I go into the store and they tell me that THERE WAS NEVER A REQUEST PUT IN TO GET THE SHOES IN THE FIRST PLACE. FIRSTLY WHY WAS THE REQUEST NEVER MADE AFTER I WROTE MY DETAILS IN SOME DUMB BOOK AND THEY CONFIRMED THATS ALL ITS SORTED. SECONDLY WHY WAS I CONTINUOUSLY **** TO ON THE PHONE. THIRDLY I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THESE SHOES SOMEWHERE ELSE LONG AGO. YOU KEEP THE MONEY FOR ALMOST 4 ENTIRE MONTHS.

They offered to order the shoes for the exchange on the 2 NOVEMBER 2019. Hell no I want a refund. THEY COULDN'T EVEN MAKE AN EXCEPTION TO GIVE ME A CASH REFUND AS THE SHOES WERE A GIFT AND ITS INCONVENIENT AND IMPRACTICAL TO MAKE THE GIFT BUYER GO INTO THE STORE HAVE THE MONEY SENT TO THEM AND THEN THEY HAVE TO TRANSFER IT TO ME SO I CAN BUY IT ELSEWHERE.
