Rotting service

Utterly disgusted at the service received from store manager Sydney at the N1 City branch. Having waited almost 20 minutes for him to return from the bathroom to authorize a refund of a pair of sneakers I had purchased for my son from the Access park branch, he simply dismissed my attempt saying I must go back to access park where I bought it. His reason was inadmissible, moreover his rude dismissing attitude because I was returning and not purchasing was more upsetting than anything else! Not to mention personal Sydney strongly needs to attend to, he needs a refresher course on Customer Service as a store manager!! Needless to say I purchase more than I return from you. After sales service is more valued than sales service and I will never return to the N1 City branch.
