Refuse to Refund

I bought Puma sneakers at Street Fever Access Park on Saturday ( 20/01/2018). on Monday i went back to exchange, but didn't find what interest me, i told them i want refund since i'm not finding anything i want, they told me that the Manager was not around i must come back on Tuesday, Tuesday i went back to the store, the asked me to look for something else, told them i haven't find one, they told me to hang on the ones i bought and come back few days later, i might find something i want, told the Manager i don't want to hang on to them cause i might wear them and regret later on so i want refund. i bought my Puma using my RCS card, so when i gave him my card, he said they don't do RCS refund and they cant give me cash, since i bought it with my card and its either i take something else equivalent to what i bought or there is nothing he can do. i just want my money back please, i don't want to buy anything else
