PROCESS MY REFUND PAYMENT NOW!!!

I purchased and pair of sneakers and returned them the following day. I was given a refund slip and was told it would take 1 or 2 days for the refund to be processed. 9 days later and my refund has still not been processed despite several emails and the matter being escalated to the finance department. Don't even bother to try calling - none of the phone numbers are active and no phone numbers for head office are given. Absolutely shocking. Next stop consumer protection!
