Poor service and not living up to their guarantee

<p>my fiancé bought a pair of Puma takkies last week Friday (04.08.2017) he had the takkies on one day and the puma sign came loose. On 11.08.2017 we took the takkies back because on past experience with Puma takkies we never had such problems. When to got to the shop they immediately recognized us from the week before. I lost the slip but obviously they have on record the takkies was bought there and they recognized us from buying the takkies. They refused to exchange the takkies but when we bought it they were hungry for a sale and promised we can exchange it is anything is wrong. Also when we bought the takkies they gave us a size 7 and a size 9 in the box. Street fever has pathetic service deliver and does not keep to their guarentee. I can't help but think the takkies they stole was ****. Because none of our other pumas ever done what that takkie just came loose on the first day of wearing it. They Rufused to help and in turn threatened me to call security if I don't leave their shop because they will not exchange the takkies. Is this how street fever threat customers they money hungry and don't live up to their own policy. </p>
