Pathetic service

I went to buy a tekkie from Street Fever Greenacres. They didn't have my son's size, however, the salesman who assisted were amazing. He checked which branch had a size 2, located it and asked if I'm taking it. This is not my issue, the so called manager who had no interest when being asked a question to assist any of his employees. He's phone was literally in his face the whole time. His attitude, demeanor and the manner in which he carried himself was so unprofessional. I initially thought he was a salesman. I paid the R20-00 extra for courier fees and were told it will be there the next day. In actual fact the way they (all the staff) speak infront of their customers is ridiculous. I didn't come there to borrow money to buy shoes. I paid with my own money for the shoes. I went back the next day and then it was a finger pointing game as to who advised me to come back the next day. The 'manager' answered (still busy on his phone) no the courier is going to Grahamstown and Kirkwood so he don't know when the shoes will be there. I tried not to loose my cool and advised that I'll collect the shoe but I want the courier fee back. Then only he came to the counter and advise that they don't pay back courier fees which I we're never told. Then it was a back and forth again about who said what and when and where. He actually started arguing with me as I said I'm not a difficult person but you as the manager should make the decision and not tell me it's between the agents to pay the courier fees back. I eventually said give me the address and don't bother to pay back the courier fee, just give me your head office's email address or regional managers name and email address. I was told they're not allowed to give it out and gave me this 105@streerfever. Really now. The cashier at the till point told me that the manager is on his phone cos he's dealing with their regional department. If that's the case, go in the back and do the admin there. But no she said that is how they do it. Very, very poor service. I'm disgusted with my overall experience at Street Fever Greenacres. You guys are going to loose lots of business if you don't change your manager and staff's attitudes.
