Online Goods Delivery

I have been having the most terrible experience with Street Fever regarding my online order delivery. Placed an order on the 2th February 2020, after numerous calls from the 04 March I was told they have courier issues and that my order would be delivered in the week from the 09 March. Called to check up today and I am told the goods will be delivered within another 5 to 7 working days as they have switched couriers. This is not acceptable!! This was a gift and now I have to still wait???

Considering I have paid for my delivery which clearly states within 7 days delivery Street Fever should rectify this at their own cost, if they cannot deliver on time they should cancel the option of delivery as the service is pathetic.
