Not wanting to return my money

<p>On the 27th of April I purchased a nike air force 1 on the same day i wore it so that I can walk it in.... After just wearing it once the leather in front became so soft ... That I didnt want to wear it again... The Friday I took it back to the store they said no they'll get back to me it will take 5 working days I waited I went in again and they said no the area manager never got back to them the same day they came to my store in access park to tell me no he came... So I went to the store the manager tells me no they cant give my money back because there's no factory fault I told him I dont want anything I just want my money back because I can see that the shoe is not right because the leather can't get so soft after one wear that impossible.... The policy says after 30 days of purchase you may bring it back for exchange or cash back... And it wasn't even a week and yet they telling me that no I can't get my money because they now said there's nothing wrong with the shoe... Its not the first time in buying a shoe and there's a problem with it... So I would like to know what I must do too get my money back and I paid R1100 for the shoe and for that price its not suppose to do that...so please get back to me </p>
