No delivery adn no refund

I am sick of this company, I ordered on 29th November 2019 and I am yet to receive my order or refund .I called these people after trying 20 times because they dont pick up their phones. Eventually got through to one of the most arrogant call center agents I've delt with she was basically useless and rude, I called her out on her attitude and that just made her to be defensive and argumentative. She told me that i cant get refunded as the item has already been despacthed to the courier.I mean on their t&c's it states if the item is not delivered within 7 dayas of payment I can basically cancel. I have sent numerous emails and I will never order from them ever they have no customer service at all Litterally !!!!!!!I want My money or I will seek legal action .
