NB:street fever bedford centre worst customer service stay away !

Worst Customer service experience in my life and i work in a retail store myself its shocking .... i walked into Street Fever ( takkie and clothing store) where i had to approach the consultants whom were having a discussion in the corner of the store and i mentioned to them dont worry about me im just minding my own business you can carry on laughing dont worry .. then they kept quiet i then proceeded to ask that i would like to purchase a takkie in store but on laybay whats the least amount i could put down as a deposit the lady then answered R50 i said okay thats too little ill leave R200 the guy working in store on the 19th January 2019 at about 14:45 answered me saying shes answering you because you asked so who are you to come into my house and tell me what to do because you just came in saying carry on laughing dont mind me do i come to your house saying that and proceeded on talking in a vanac language he says to the lady shaya something which for me is hit and from my understanding you shouldnt even think about such in store (because he saw i work for a vodacom store upstairs in bedford centre which for me is disgusting walking in as a customer getting such service from one of the guys on the floor ) i can further than say i told the lady i would fetch my bank card and come back to pay i proceeded on by doing so ,on my way back i find the same guy who had an attitude with me attempting to walk into me and giving me a look .... i honestly wouldnt like to write this review or waste my time writing it but i feel that street fever does not deserve employees wit such attitude problems and yes it is a problem either he can sort it out or leave dealing with customers and go sell eggs for all i care ...the guy has two gold teeth i will not forget him i need justice or feedback regarding this matter at this stage i feel i shouldnt have given my money to them at all they dont deserve it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
