Most DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM BOTH STORE MANAGER AND AREA MANAGER

<p>On Monday 15/08/2016 I went to Street fever st georges mall to purchase a sneaker with my debit card. The cashier swiped my card twice and said that there was a network issue during this time a got cell phone notifiications and by now the amount o R350 was deducted twice already and i could see that my balance was starting to decrease. this disturbed me immediately as i could be given my purchase i asked well whats gona hapen to my money that was deducted the cashier couldnt answer me and just sed you will get your money next day because we have network issue we cant help i demanded to speak to the manager Lindo when i told him about this and refused to accept that my money was now deducted and my balance showed the deduction he we cant help for that it always happens here i told him but how can i be inconvenienced for this my account has been deducted twice and now i have to wait this isnt fair as i had other financial commitments the night and needed my money he said look that isnt my problem i told you we have aproblem i felt so irritated but was shocked that he would repy to me like that. the area manager was in the shop and didnt even assist or jump in when he saw how very disrepectful this manager was infront of clients and staff i felt so embarresed because everyone looked at me whe i spoke to the area manager nassim i called lindo over and right there infront of nassim the manager started with his bad attitude again i told nassim how can you just allow your shop manager to speak to me like this this wasnt my mistake why are you ppl making like this is my fault he did absolutely nothing to improve the situation and just procedded and said well phone the head office while i stood there lindo the manager went to the other staff and loudly said she just want attention my then i was so shocked and disgusted that i couldnt deal with the amount of frustration i turned to nassim and said did you hear that how can he say that nassim just nodded and said no problem. the evening i had a business appoitment and could not even pay my bill because of this situation at street fever and again i was so so embarred and reminded of what hapnd at the shop and i was unable to pay my bill because of that. I need feedback asap and demand an apology. I cannot express how very very dissapointed i am and how very disgusted i am.</p>
