Incorrectly priced item not honoured

<p>On the 13th of May,Saturday, I went into the Canal Walk branch to purchase a pair of Shoes. They did not have my size in store that I wanted. The manager of the branch assured me he will order the shoes for me from the N1 city branch. Throughout the week I went to the shop to ask if the shoes have arrived. Once the shoes arrived (only Friday the next week) I saw that the exact same model shoe was on display for R599.99. Next to that shoe was the same shoe again priced at R899.99. When I approached the manager regarding the prices on the shoes and ready to purchase my pair that arrived at R599.99 due to the one being priced on the floor- he refused to give it to me at the price I saw on the floor model because it was priced incorrectly. Even if a item is priced incorrectly on the shop floor you still honour that price!! When i initially aproached him he offered me R100 off and then when i went back and saw it marked at 599.99 he told me he cannot give it to me at the marked price because he had already offered me R100 off but he would have honoured the price to any other customer. I am very dissapointed as I was ready to purchase my shoe after waiting for it. This is very poor customer service!. </p>
