Horrable service

<p>I went to buy a sandle for my son and was assisted by a very kind gentleman. We went to pay . Upon realising the money went off my account but the cashier was still holding on to my card I noticed her capturing the card information on the system I enquired was she processing the transaction again her reply was " why would I "? With such attitude. When we asked why she was being rude she rolled her eyes at us . I requested my card back and asked for my money back and to cancel the transaction. This man standing next to this girl mubbled something about 7 days. I asked him to speak so I could hear him he said you will get your refund in asked when he rep**** "I don't work for your bank" I asked for their manager and they rep**** he is the manager. Imagine such treatment. I left the shop without my money , shoes all I got was bad service. The " manager said his name is Tafadzwa Katapa . With the service I got I guess I'll get my money when Jesus comes back. Don't see myself going to that shop or any other street fever</p>
