DO NOT SHOP AT STREET FEVER

Do not shop at Street Fever please if you can avoid shopping at Street Fever. I purchased 2 pairs of takkies for my son on line on the 27th November 2019 i have not received anything. Its been over a week now and I'm going to the second week. Worst part of my son keeps asking where the takkies are and yesterday he said that he is beginning to doubt that i even purchased the shoes. I have been trying to call different Street Fever branches to inquire about my order last week i called the East London branch and i was told it's still early towards the end of last week i called the 051 number i saw online but the guy that i spoke with took my never and promised to phone me back. I have not received any phone call no sms no email nothing they are just quite. I sent them and email and i was told that they received high volume of orders on the Black Friday i don't understand because i placed my order before the black Friday. This is distributing my son is only 10 years old worried about his Christmas shoes as a parent i tried but Street Fever is failing me. I should have gone to other shops my son could have seen his shoes on the 30th of Nov. I just need my money back and need to get my son's shoes ASAP.
