Disorganized and unprofessional workers

I am very very disappointed with the service they offer in Street Fever Golden Acre (CBD). Not only disappointed but angry. Yesterday (Friday) l was passing by when l saw a pair of sneakers which caught my eye so l asked them to check it out before they closed. The guy who helped me told me the prices of the sneakers but the other one said l couldn't buy since they were closed. I didn't have a problem with that, l then told them l was going to come back tomorrow (Saturday). I didn't have any other plans to go to Cape town but went there around 9 found the shoe where l left it. I then asked them for my size which l was told was there day before only to be told another price. They went on to tell me that it wasn't on special. Its so frustrating, its like you beg people to do their jobs. I am still trying to figure out who is wrong or right. This shows that the workers are disorganized.
