Dishonest employees and false advertising at Street Fever.

My mother and I are terribly disappointed in the Street fever Port Elizabeth store. The sales assistant use false advertising to trick customers to make a sale and they do not take accountability for their actions, nor can management. My mother was sold a shoe that was on sale, but the sales assistant said it was a shoe on normal price and when she wanted to return it for a refund, they gave her the run around. She was told by a store manager she can get her refund because the sales assistant ****, but then when she came back to get it they said that store manager didn’t have authority to do that. Terrible service and dishonest employees.
