Customers complain

I bought 2 pairs of shoes by street fever,within a week the shoes were tourn I took them back to the store they promised to help.only to find out that they can't help me without the slip..my shoes are still in their store.the shoes are in their box and the price is still there with their shops name...who keeps the slip anyway.i don't want a refund I just need my shoes......
