CAN'T EXCHANGE OR REPAIR, CAUSE NOT FACTORY FAULT

Bought a Pair of Dakotas, it's not even 2 months old and right infront where my toes are it went opened. Tried to google the stores number, but didn't find the Branch on the Net. Went to the store yesterday spoke to the lovely cashier who assisted me nicely and called the manager Lebo, He told her tahthe was busy with a client and will be with me, while me and my colleague were waiting he then assisted us and jsut told us nope it's not a factor fault. I will never buy there or any other branches.<br> <br> Bad service they were so quick to sell, but now......////
