Bad Service for bad quality

<p>I purchased a pair of sneakers for my dughter in december, when i took them to her and had her fit it on the rubber lace broke i then changed it with the normal laces and the sneaker then became to tight i took it back to the store in cape town st gorges mall. I was told the owner was not there and he had to autherize the return however, when i called the owner he said the manager was suppose to deal with it. I went back to the store and a different manager was there and advised me that they cannot do anything about it cause its been worn but my daughter only wore it once and that was when i had her fit it on. I am very unhappy about the service that was rendered this is pathetic and its my money being wasted for the poor quality of products that is being sold please have a look into this matter and get back to me soonest.
