Bad service and Damaged Goods and **************

I just had a bad experience - no correction horrible experience at Street Fever. I went there to return my shoe that I bought there which I paid R400 for. I had this shoe on once and the second time I wanted to wear it - I noticed the material was broken of the Adidas Shoe. The Manager then continued to tell me that a lot of people brought that shoe back and that there actually is a big problem with that shoe. Good RIGHT? NO Since this man then refused to give me my money back stating that it is their policy - a policy I will add that is stated nowhere in the store or explained to you at time of purchase. When I then stated that it is absolutely irrational for me to take a shoe that HE HIMSELF ADMITS IS FAULTY he shrugged and said take it up with Head Office. Refusing to give me his name, contact details or the contact details of the HEAD OFFICE HE SAID I MUST CONTACT! I then asked he calls Head Office and put me through he said no, do that yourself. I then asked for a credit note, he stated I must write a note myself. I asked who am I talking to, he asked why do I want to know. That is when I actually just lost it and told him his treatment is ********.
