Bad service

I went to Alberton city on the 22nd for the special that started that day, i wanted 2 new balance one for R299 nd R349 apparently they didn't have sizes of which still find it as you are doing a false advertising because the sale started on the same day but size 8 and 11 the didn't have to cut the story short i paid for both takkies with a assurance that lated to receive them will be on thursday the 28th i called the shop around 4pm only to find out that the person who was suppose to do the ibt transfer from the other shop didn't do it and i was promised that the following day the 29th ill receive my staff i must come after 12pm, i went to the shop around 4pm i still didn't receive my staff. I mean this is the way of treating customers???
