Bad service

On Saturday the 24th October I did a pay to collect at the cavendish store where yazied helped me. The shoe I requested was out of stock and the access park store had it. He then told me that it would be sent to the cavendish store for collection on Tuesday the 27th. I went to the store on Tuesday and te shoe had not arrived, I was told that it would come either Wednesday or Thursday. I called them today to find out if it had arrived and was told that the truck did not come and that it would probably come next week Tuesday. I feel that it is pathetic for a customer to be put through this as I work in the service environment and would never shun a customer the way they do.
