appalling service

December 10th I bought my daughter an addidas sneaker at Street Fever the one in Golden Acre mall in Cape Town. I got home and my daugter fit the shoe and it looked fine. December 25th (Christmas day) my daughter was excited to wear her shoes but as I was putting them on to my daughter the elastic laces broke so i removed them and put the normal laces that came with the box but I noticed that the shoes were too tight even the velcro strap ontop of the laces did not stick/close. so I took them off and put them in the box and returned them to the store asking the manager to give me a bigger size or a refund if they do not have a size 6 small. I was told that the Boss has to first see the sneakers to authorise the exhange. I kept going to the store and was told the Boss was not there. I ended up asking for his number and I called him he said he was going to have a look and get back to me but he never did. I kept calling him and he kept telling me stories then he eventually said I must go to the store and the manager will sort it out. I went to the store but was told the manager that was dealing with my issue is now in Port Elizabeth and a new manager said the boss told him that there was nothing wrong with the shoe and that it has been worn therefore they cannot give me another pair nor a refund. I asked them how was I gona know if the shoe was small if my daughter did not wear the shoes, it was not even 10 minutes and I asked them what must I do with a small shoe that has a velcro strap that does not even stick? I was told there was nothing they can do. Here I am, with no refund, no shoes as the shoes are still at the store and I do not know what to do. Their service is appalling and they do not care about customers all they care about is making sales and getting money for the store.
