After sales and customer care!

I bought shoes at Street fever I've worn them once they torn apart and it was Nike I lost my slip and took them back for exchange they refused! They said I must bring the shoes back and they kept it for +- a month and they never came back to me with feedback regarding the shoes when I went back to them with the shoes still it was in original packaging they phoned their area manager Pumlani he was very rude to me!!! He said I must take the shoes and wear them he is not going to help me? I don't advise customers to buy at Street fever! They sell **** merchandise and there is no after sales service whatsoever! What can I do? They still have my shoes!
