Wrong order

I ordered Steven Madden takkies, and after waiting for a very long time, I finally received my order today only to find that they sent me Nike takkies instead. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I honestly don’t understand why this store is still allowed to operate or remain on shopping platforms, because this behavior feels like ****ming customers. They send emails but do not respond to any queries, and they also ignore phone calls.

This situation cannot continue like this. Something needs to be done about this store, as customers deserve honesty, accountability, and proper service.
