Unhappy Customer

So I am a person that loves online shopping because it is always convenient and saves a lot of time. Recently trying to shop for Xmas clothes or shoes rather, I found the sneakers that my son has been raving about (New balance 9060 moon daze) and on black friday promotion so I took a leap of faith and ordered for him. I was initially excited and couldn't wait for the delivery. It is only when I noticed that there's no communication from them even after sending mails regarding my order that I started to panic and also going through the negative reviews just made it worse. I pray to God that they assist me and delivery my son's sneakers as it was not easy getting the money to buy them. Worse now I will have to explain things I do not know to his Father. honestly this is not fair and I wish they knew the kind of trouble they might be getting some of us with what they are doing. Your actions could really have dire results for some of us and its like they do not care.
